IMI Norgren Pneumatic Solenoid Valve, 230V AC, 24V DC - 26220 Series - 2622000305202400

This pneumatic solenoid valve from IMI Norgren regulates and controls airflow in pressurised systems to keep your industrial process applications running smoothly. It's a 4-way, 2-position (4/2) solenoid-actuated spool valve that directs, stops and starts the passage of gases. This in turn regulates cylinders and other actuation components in your pneumatic equipment. Its IP65 (ingress protection) rating means this valve is dust-tight, preventing damage from contamination and increasing its lifespan.

Features & Benefits

• Operating temperature range from -10°C to +60°C for use in extreme environments
• Aluminium housing and the plastic pilot flange are resistant to corrosion for durability
• NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) seals withstand abrasion and compression so remain airtight

Applications

• Pneumatic actuators like cylinders
• Motors and turbines
• Diaphragms and tubes

How do I know if my solenoid valve is working?

You can see how well your pneumatic solenoid valve is working by gauging the performance of the linked equipment and listening for an audible 'click' when air is emitted. If you hear a faint 'click' or notice a decrease in cylinder speed, it may indicate a problem.
