Need to make a join in your compressed air system? This Y tube-to-tube adaptor from RS PRO can help you make reliable and airtight 3-way connections. It has a six-angle wrench configuration that makes it compact enough for small spaces and one-touch push-in fittings that enable quick and easy installation.
This fitting has a body made from high-strength POM (polyoxymethylene) engineering plastic, which makes it lightweight yet extremely strong and rigid. It also has a very high level of dimensional stability, so it can withstand a great deal of pressure without distorting. A nickel-plated finish gives good corrosion resistance and some protection against contamination, which helps extend its operating life.
The adaptor can be used with both nylon and polyurethane tubing. This type of fitting is commonly used for spray coating, pressure cleaning and vacuum packing applications.
