IMI Norgren Pneumatic Fitting, Straight Adaptor Type, Nickel-Plated Brass Construction - PNEUFIT 10 Series - 101251018

Get air flowing between BSP and metric pipelines with this pneumatic fitting from IMI Norgren. It's a straight thread-to-tube adapter with an R1/8 connector at one end and a 10mm push-in fitting at the other. This means you can quickly link dissimilar tubes with a single component. It comes in handy when you're switching between rigid and flexible tubing (such as 212-9288). The thread is tapered and pre-coated with non-PTFE sealant, enabling you to achieve a tight connection with minimal fuss. As the push-in connector includes a collet and O-ring, hose attachments are secure and leak-free.

Features & Benefits

• Operating reliably at temperatures between -20°C and +80°C, it's well-suited to extreme environments
• Works safely with pressures from -0.9 to 18 bar to handle vacuum and heavy-duty applications
• Compact length of 31.5mm makes it easy to fit into existing systems
• Hexagonal body shape only needs a wrench to screw onto ports

Applications

• Recycling centres
• Electronics assembly
• Industrial automation
• Waste and water treatment plants

What material is this pneumatic fitting made from?

The fitting is made from brass to give you a robust connection. It's also nickel-plated to ensure it's resistant to corrosion.
