IMI Norgren Pneumatic Fitting, 18 Bar Maximum Operating Pressure, Nickel-Plated Brass Construction - PNEUFIT 10 Series - 100231008

Hooking up pipework in your pneumatic system is a breeze with this tube-to-tube pneumatic fitting from IMI Norgren. Its two ports both have push-in fittings for easy assembly. One takes a 10mm tube and the other an 8mm tube, so you'll have no problem building an integrated system with different-sized piping. The fitting's nickel-plated brass body stands up to corrosion to keep your media free from contamination and support a long service life. Positive anchorage ensures your tubing stays securely in place to keep your setup running leak-free.

Features & Benefits

• Operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C makes it suitable for harsh industrial environments
• Internal hexagon lets you use an Allen key for easy tightening
• Silicone-free O-rings guard against leakage to maintain network pressure

Applications

• Factory automation
• Chemical processing
• Plastics production

How do I connect a push-in fitting?

To connect tubing to a push-in fitting, simply push the end of the tubing into the release ring part of the fitting as far as it will go. Pull back gently and you'll feel the O-ring has engaged. To disconnect the fitting, pull the release ring inwards to disengage the locking claws, then pull back on the tubing to extract it.
