IMI Norgren Pneumatic Fitting, PBT Body, Stainless Steel Grab Ring - PNEUFIT C Series - C00201612

Building your air-powered system is a breeze with this pneumatic fitting from IMI Norgren. The straight connector has a 16mm push-in connector on one end and a 12mm push-in connector on the other, so you can conveniently join up tubes of different sizes. It's a versatile option that's suitable for connecting commonly used PA and PUR tubing. The fitting handles pressures of up to 10 bar, meaning it's sturdy enough to handle a high-pressure setup.

Features & Benefits

• Corrosion-resistant stainless steel grab ring and nickel-plated brass components offer a long lifespan with low maintenance
• Nitrile rubber seals guard against leakage to keep your system running efficiently
• Compatible with demanding industrial environments, thanks to its operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C

Applications

• Factory automation
• Robotics systems
• Vacuum pumps

How do I connect this pneumatic fitting?

To connect this pneumatic fitting, neatly cut the end of the tube and make sure it's free from burrs. Push the tube into the fitting until you hit the tube stop, then pull it back – you'll feel the grab ring has taken hold. To disconnect the fitting, simply push the tube into it, hold down the retaining collet then withdraw the tube.
