The SMC XLS is a high vacuum elbow valve with an electromagnetic model and bellows balancing. It reduces particles by eliminating moving metal parts, ensuring cleaner operation in high vacuum applications.
The pressure balance mechanism allows free exhaust direction
Can be used for portable equipment as pneumatic system is not required
