SKF Pillow-Block Ball Bearing Unit, 30mm ID, M10 Mount Hole - SYFWK 30 LTHR

This pillow-block ball bearing from SKF is a pedestal that provides support for a rotating shaft. It consists of an insert bearing mounted in a housing. This can be bolted to a support surface by the included mounting holes for quick and convenient assembly. The housing is made from a thermoplastic material that's strong, lightweight and highly resistant to chemicals for use in harsh environments. It features embedded stainless-steel coils to improve the unit's resistance to corrosion and allow it to support heavy loads. A polyamide-filled base allows surface-to-surface mounting to eliminate gaps and contaminant build-up and ensure reliable performance.

• Seals prevent detergent, water and other contaminants from entering the bearing's cavity while keeping lubricants inside for better performance
• Made from food-safe components for use in the food and beverage processing industries

Applications

• Brewing and bottling
• Packaging and production lines
• Medical equipment

Will this bearing leak grease?

Thanks to its superior sealing technology, there's very little risk of this bearing dripping grease when used correctly. This reduces the chance of premature bearing failure and improves productivity, as there's less need for re-lubrication and maintenance.
