This I/O (input/output) module from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range is a core component for operating your SLC 500 series PLC (programmable logic controller). It communicates data between a CPU (central processing unit) and process control devices. This allows you to use your PLC to send commands to machinery for factory automation. The module has 16 I/O points with eight points on each of the two commons. These can connect to the PLC, secondary devices and power supplies.
