Schneider Electric Digital/Analogue Input/Output Modules - TModicon TSX Micro Series
Introducing Schneider Electrics digital and analogue input and output modules, they are supplied in die-cast castings for extra durability and are brought to you in either full or half height modules.
Input modules: They receive signals from the sensors and carry out acquisition functions, adaptation functions, galvanic insulation functions, filtering functions and functions protecting against parasitic signals.
Output modules: They carry out latch functions on the orders given by the processor to enable pre-actuator control through decoupling circuits and amplification circuits.

Features & Benefits
• High performance and easy installation
• With the exception of the first slot (that will only accept a full-height module), 1 slot within the Micro PLC rack can accommodate 1 full height module or 2 half height modules. These may be a mix of digital, analogue, safety or AS-i modules
• The 24Vdc input modules have a switch on the card for selecting sink or source mode (PNP/NPN)
• Modules have a removable terminal block or (in the case of the 64-channel module) HE10 connectors
• Using the telefast pre-wired cabling system, the connectors can then be connected to telefast connection bases (which replace panel terminals) via a multi-core cable, available in lengths of 1m, 2m or 3m thus saving hours of wiring time between the PLC and panel terminals
