The sheet is made from a polyoxymethylene (POM) material that's highly resistant to impact, abrasion and chemicals. It can also withstand high temperatures, so it will hold up in harsh industrial environments. It's easily machined and simple to customise according to your specific needs.


This product has a flammability rating of UL 94 HB from Underwriters Laboratories, meaning it burns slowly when in a horizontal position to reduce the risk of fire. You'll commonly find this sheet used to manufacture friction bearings and strips, instrument handles or insulators and seals.
