RS PRO Black Plastic Sheet, 500 x 300 x 6 mm

You can produce lightweight engineering components with this black plastic sheet from RS PRO. It's highly machinable and its large dimensions make it suitable for creating a variety of gears, bearings, bushings and wheels.
The sheet is a nylon 66 material, which offers an excellent level of mechanical strength to ensure reliable performance. It's also resistant to most chemicals and ultraviolet (UV) light, making it highly durable for a long lifespan. The addition of molybdenum disulfide into the material's composition gives it a self-lubricating property, so your parts will have a low friction coefficient, to enable smoother motion and help reduce wear and heating. This nylon sheet is commonly used in packaging machinery, aerospace parts and food processing equipment.
