The transparent film is manufactured from Mylar, which is a polyester material made from stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET) known for its high tensile strength and reflective properties. It forms an excellent barrier against oil, grease and moisture, making it ideal for insulating purposes. This film offers excellent resistance to water, solvents and varnishes, so it's suitable for demanding industrial environments. It's also tear and puncture-resistant, which enables it to withstand significant impact.
You can use this product in extreme temperatures, from -70°C up to a maximum of +150°C, so it's very versatile. It makes an excellent general-purpose transparent film and is typically used for laminating and electrical insulation as well as in office contexts.
