VEMT2500 and VEMT2520 Series Phototransistors


The VEMT2500 and VEMT2520 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon NPN phototransistors. They are in clear epoxy subminiature packages with a dome lens and a choice of lead options. The VEMT2500 and VEMT2520 phototransistors are sensitive to visible and near IR radiation.
