TEMT1000 Series Phototransistors

This family of silicon NPN phototransistors, from Vishay Semiconductor, are in surface mount (SMD) subminiature packages. They have a black plastic package with a range of different lead options including gull-wing (GW), reverse gull-wing (RGW), yoke and axial leads. The black housings provide the TEMT1000 phototransistors with a daylight blocking filter.
Suitable applications for these phototransistors include; encoders, counters, photo interrupters, IR detectors for daylight applications and for use as detectors in electronic control and drive circuits.

Features of the TEMT1000 series:
TEMT1000, TEMT1020, TEMT1030 and TEMT1040
