BPW41N Series PIN Photodiodes
The BPW41N series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in a side looking (SL) package with a black plastic lens and daylight filter. Suitable applications for the BPW41N include; IR radiation detectors, IR remote control and air data transmission systems. The BPW41N can be used in combination with the TSAL series IR emitters.
