BP104 Series PIN Photodiodes
The BP104 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a group of PIN photodiodes. They are in a miniature package with a flat top plastic package with daylight filter. Suitable applications for the BP104 series include; high speed IR detector, IR remote control and air data transmission systems. The BP104 can be used in combination with TSAL series IR emitters.
