The Tektronix MDO4000 series 350MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope offers a 10.4inch XGA display with automatic dimming. This product has 4 analogue and 14 digital channels. This oscilloscope includes a spectrum analyser, arbitrary/function generator, logic analyser, protocol analyser and DVM/frequency counter. It has fast acquisition, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements to help resolve debug challenges quickly.
