RS PRO Compact USB PC Oscilloscope, 2 Channel 20 MHz

Introducing the USB PC oscilloscope from our own brand RS PRO, an ultra-compact and modern alternative oscilloscope that allows you to easily carry the device in a pocket or case and use it in a wide range of applications. The RS PRO compact USB PC oscilloscope is ideal for engineers on the move and can easily connect to a portable laptop or screen to visually display results.

This portable instrument features a 20 MHz bandwidth and 16 kS capture memory that can capture up to 2000 wave forms per second. With an 8-bit vertical resolution and a maximum sampling rate of 200 MS/s, this high quality USB oscilloscope is more than capable of addressing a wide range of analogue, digital electronic and embedded system applications. This compact device also offers a wide range of measurement capabilities including frequency, AC RMS, true RMS, DC average, falling rate, rising rate and more offering a versatile instrument.

With the USB cable and USB interface included, the device can be connected to a computer or laptop allowing you to print, copy, save and share data quickly and efficiently at any time making it perfect for troubleshooting and analysing on the go.

    Features and Benefits:

    • 20 MHz bandwidth, 2 input channels

    • 200 MS/s real-time & 4 GS/s equivalent-time sampling rate

    • 16 kS capture memory

    • Ultra-compact design

    • USB-connected and powered

    • Serial protocol decoding

    • Mask limit testing

    • Math channels and filters, including frequency and duty cycle

    • Advanced digital triggering

    • Persistence display mode

    • Spectrum analyser with magnitude, average and peak hold modes

    • Function generator and arbitrary waveform generator

    Key Features

The RS PRO ultra-compact USB PC oscilloscope is powered by PicoScope software, offering a wide range of features including a large display size, reference waveforms, automatic measurements and more. Picoscope software also allows you to display up to eight waveforms in a single view, including reference waveforms and math channels. Furthermore the software enables you to analyse time and frequency domain data simultaneously with multiple views, allowing you to work more efficiently.

Another excellent feature offered by this versatile device is advanced digital triggering, allowing the scope to trigger on the smallest signals whilst eliminating trigger errors. An excellent selection of advanced triggers are also available including pulse width, window and dropout triggers to help you find and capture your signal quickly.

Serial decoding is another great feature that is incorporated with the RS PRO USB oscilloscope, allowing you to display the data in a graph, in a table or in both at once.

    Typical Applications

Oscilloscopes are a type of electronic instrument commonly used to capture, process, display and analyse the bandwidth and waveform of electronic signals. Oscilloscopes are available in a range of sizes to suit various applications, ranging from pocket sized for working on the go to large bench top instruments. These versatile instruments are available in different types including digital, analogue, mixed signal, mixed domain and much more, all boasting differing yet impressive measurement capabilities.

Compact and portable USB PC oscilloscopes are commonly used for applications including:

    • Engineers on the move

    • Education

    • Hobby and professional field
