Tektronix TBS2000 Series digital storage oscilloscopes capture and display significantly more signal. This is because many oscilloscopes provide 8 vertical divisions and 10 horizontal divisions, while the TBS2000 offers 10 vertical divisions and 15 horizontal divisions. Dedicated controls provide quick access to important settings. More signal plus quicker access means better, faster design evaluation. Signals analysis is enhanced with new on-waveform cursor readouts and 32 automated measurements, each with informative tips to help choose the right one quickly. TBS2000 features include a 9-inch WVGA display, 20 million point record length and 1 GS/s sample rate. The TBS2000 Series is designed for easy operation and quick hands-on learning. Its display offers more room for measurement results and menu information. The instrument's TekVPI probe interface works with traditional BNC connections but also enables wide application coverage with the latest active voltage probes and current probes.

The Tektronix five-year warranty covers all parts and labour, excluding probes. TBS2000 Series oscilloscopes are supplied with one 100 MHz, 10x passive probe TPP0100 per analog channel. Replacement TPP0100 probes are available separately ( 726-0035 ). Other compatible probes available separately include high-voltage passive probe P5100A ( 734-5013 ), differential voltage probe TDP0500 ( 661-3292 ), high-voltage differential probes THDP0200 ( 752-7357 ) & THDP0100 ( 752-7353 ), active voltage probe TAP1500 ( 661-3286 ) and current probes TCP0020 ( 796-2696 ), TCP0030A ( 781-0807 ), TCP0150 ( 661-3283 ) & TCP2020 ( 796-6705 ).
