Tektronix Oscilloscope
The Tektronix TBS2000 series oscilloscope has a bandwidth of 100MHz. It is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope which offers 32 automated measurements and FFT analysis for simplified waveform analysis. Unlike other oscilloscopes, the TBS2000 provides 10 vertical divisions and 15 horizontal divisions. More signal plus quicker access means better, faster design evaluation. Its display has more room for measurement results and menu information. The instrument's TekVPI probe interface works with traditional BNC connections but also enables wide application coverage with the latest active voltage probes and current probes.
Note:
The Tektronix 5-year warranty covers all parts and labour, excluding probes. TBS2000 Series oscilloscopes are supplied with one 100 MHz, 10x passive probe TPP0100 per analogue channel. Replacement TPP0100 probes are available separately ( 726-0035 ). Other compatible probes available separately include high-voltage passive probe P5100A ( 734-5013 ), differential voltage probe TDP0500 ( 661-3292 ), high-voltage differential probes THDP0200 ( 752-7357 ) & THDP0100 ( 752-7353 ), active voltage probe TAP1500 ( 661-3286 ) and current probes TCP0020 ( 796-2696 ), TCP0030A ( 781-0807 ), TCP0150 ( 661-3283 ) & TCP2020 ( 796-6705 ). Other accessories available separately include the TekVPI to TekProbe BNC adapter TPA-BNC ( 697-8814 ), soft transit case ACD2000 ( 575-589 ) & GPIB-to-USB adapter TEK-USB-488 ( 113-143 ).
