Tektronix 500MHz Passive Probes P6139B & P5050B


The P6139B and P5050B are high bandwidth, high impedance probes featuring a small probe head and sharp tip that make it easier to probe dense circuitry. The P6139B and P5050B share similar electrical specifications but support Tektronix oscilloscopes with different compensation ranges.

Note

The P6139B and P5050B are identical from a specifications perspective with the P6139A ( 293-4309 ) and P5050 ( 697-8710 ). From a mechanical perspective, the 'B' versions are of sleeker design, have a sharper tip and are compliant with March 2011 safety updates (UL approved).
