The Vishay High Speed Optocoupler is a dual channel 10 MBd optocoupler. This high speed optocoupler utilizing a high efficient input LED coupled to a high speed integrated photo detector logic gate. The detector features an open drain output. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV per microsecond.
