Fluke Multimeter High Voltage Probes

Brought to you by Fluke, a range of high voltage probes suitable for use with Fluke multimeters. These probes, mounted on a high-quality lead, can measure voltages from 6000 V up to 40,000 V, dependent on the model. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.

Features and Benefits

• Insulated lead attached to each probe
• Excellent quality test probes
• Banana plug connector
• CAT I safety category

What are test probes?

Connecting to Fluke multimeters, a set of test probes will measure the device or target for an accurate reading, such as voltage or current. Due to the flexibility and quality produced by Fluke, each probe provides much-needed precision.

What are the differences between safety categories?

For protection, safety categories are an important attribute which must be taken into consideration for any electronic test equipment. With any category (i.e CAT I, CAT II), a higher voltage will indicate a higher level of protection. As an example, a test probe providing CAT II 1000 V, provides a higher degree of protection than a CAT II 400 V probe.

FLUKE Test Probe, 0 to 6kV Voltage Measurement Range, 1000:1 Division Ratio - 532424

Get the inside scoop on your electrical circuits with this test probe from FLUKE. It's designed to work with your AC/DC voltmeter and extend its measuring capacity up to 6kV, making it suitable for use in energy-limited circuits. The unit is constructed with your safety in mind, as it has a plastic cover that provides a barrier between you and the signals being assessed, preventing electric shock. Easily link up the probe to your test equipment with its banana plug fitting.

Features & Benefits

• Safe for use in challenging conditions thanks to an operating temperature range between 0°C and +50°C
• Accuracy of ±1% at frequencies below 500Hz for precise measurement
• Light weight of 12.7g makes it easy to handle during operation
• Performs reliably in RH up to 80%, so it's suitable for use in humid settings

Applications

• Consumer electronics
• Medical equipment
• HVAC systems
• Automotive wiring

How do I ensure accurate readings with this probe?

To be sure of precise measurements with this tool, you must check that the frequency is not above 1kHz. Output reading fails on this unit above that threshold.
