Star Delta - Insulated
Totally Insulated enclosed starter complete with isolator for Star Delta applications to comply with IEE Regulations, 16th Edition on Isolation and Switching.The polycarbonate enclosure is IP65 and fitted with AC-3 rated triple pole contactors, triple pole AC-3 rated switch disconnector and IP65 ’On’ and ’Off’ Pushbuttons, all of which have IP20 terminals. The disconnector has the provision for up to 3 padlocks.The enclosure is pre-wired to accept the ZB thermal overloads which offer single phasing sensitivity to IEC 947-4.
Overload relay is not supplied and must be ordered separately
Uses ZB12 and ZB32 overloads (typical example stk. no. 493-1239)

FLC figures quoted are maximum. The overload specified has been determined by applying the following formula: 0.58 x motor FLC.,Thermal overload ZB12-16 is not currently stocked by RS. The starters which use the X Start range of components are not compatible with DILM components.
