Star Delta - Steel Enclosure


IP55 sheet steel (epoxy painted RAL 7032) enclosed starter complete with isolator for Star Delta applications to comply with IEE Regulations, 16th Edition on Isolation and Switching.,AC-3 rated triple pole contactors with IP20 terminals and triple pole AC-3 rated switch disconnector with IP20 terminals fitted as standard. The disconnector has provision for up to 3 padlocks (lockable in the 'off' position). The mushroom headed 'Stop' pushbutton is IP65 with the 'Start' pushbutton having an IP65 flush operator, both have IP20 terminals. Manufactured using readily available Moeller components which comply with the following specifications: isolator: IEC 943-3, pushbuttons: IEC 947-5-1, contactors: IEC 947-4-1. The enclosures are pre-wired to accept the Moeller Z00 or ZB thermal overloads which offer single phasing sensitivity to IEC 947-4. Star Delta starters comprise of an enclosure, switch disconnector, stop and start pushbuttons, three contactors, mechanical interlock and a timer.

Overload relay is not supplied and must be ordered separately
