The Toshiba 1.8-V dual bridge driver is a IC for DC motors/Stepping motors which incorporate DMOS with low ON resistance in output transistors. Forward, reverse, or stop mode can be selected. The functions such as over current detection, thermal shutdown, and under voltage lockout functions are implemented.
