The Toshiba PWM chopper is a DC type brushed motor driver. One channel of this motor output block is embedded. This monolithic IC is fabricated with the BiCD process and is rated at output voltage of 50V, maximum current of 3.5A.

Built-in output MOSFET with Low on-resistance (High side + low side=0.6Ω(typ.))
