The TDK middle voltage C series, commercial grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitor, is a product having a high withstanding voltage characteristic. The line-up is voltage rating of 100V to 630V with capacitance range up to 22μF. It is used in applications such as Wireless charging units, DC to DC converter, Inverter, Decoupling, smoothing, snubber and resonant circuits of high voltage circuits.
A monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability
C0G type having excellent stable temperature and DC-bias characteristics is also available
