The Taiyo Yuden Ceramic Capacitor is a high value multilayer capacitor. They have a reliable solution suitable for high density mounting. The use of nickel as the electrode material and for the plating process improves the heat resistance of the capacitors, prevents migration and improves solder ability. Taiyo Yuden MLCCs have a monolithic structure and feature higher insulation resistance and breakdown voltage allowing for greater reliability. Compared to aluminium electrolytic or tantalum capacitors, these multilayer ceramic capacitors maintain a small case size while offering high rated voltage options. This series offers low ESR and excellent noise absorption characteristics.
