AVX X7R Dielectric capacitors are called "temperature stable" ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials. The dielectric chip usage covers a broad range of industrial applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltages is acceptable.The AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are available in case sizes 0402, 0805, and 0603.

Automotive MLC capacitors cover a wide range of case sizes, capacitance values, and working voltages.
