Kemet 0603 C0G and X5R dielectric

X5R dielectric series is “semi-stable” due to the maximum operating temperature of 85°
X5R exhibits a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and boasts a minimal change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Capacitance change is limited to ±15% from -55°C to +85°C
Applications include bypass and decoupling and for frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical

The C0G dielectric operates at a maximum of 125°C, and is stable
Capacitance is not affected by a change in voltage and time
These are temperature compensating and thus suitable for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required Capacitance change is limited to ±30ppm/ºC from -55°C to +125°C
