The Microchip PIC series 8bit MCU combine intelligent analog integration with low cost and extreme low power (XLP) to suit a variety of general purpose applications. It has 7 KB flash memory, 512B RAM and 16 pins. It's operating voltage ranges between 1.8V to 3.6V and operating temperature ranges between -40°C to +85°C (Industrial).
