The Bridgetek BT816Q-T family type, VQFN package, surface mount 64-pin 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 3.63V. The BT815/6 is a series of easy to use graphics controllers targeted at embedded applications to generate high-quality Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
