The Microchip Technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 44-pin AVR RISC-based processor 8-bit microcontroller. It has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 16MHz and features 32kb ISP flash program memory, 2.5kb of internal SRAM and 1kb of EEPROM. It has 26 programmable I/O lines. It has a 12-channel 10-bit ADC converter, programmable watchdog timer with an internal oscillator. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed.
