PIC18F6xK40 Low Power 8-bit Flash Microcontrollers

The PIC18(L)F65K40, PIC18(L)F66K40 and PIC18(L)F67K40 are 64-Pin, Low-Power 8-Bit Microcontrollers with Flash Memory from Microchip Technology. The combination of eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) technology with rich peripheral integration and large flash memory results in microcontrollers ideally suited to a wide range of low-power and general purpose applications. These devices are available in compact 64-pin QFN and TQFP packages with either 32 KB, 64 KB or 128 KB flash memory capacity. Low voltage versions are designated (PIC18LF65/PIC18LF66/PIC18LF67).
