Product Details
The Microchip ATSAM4LC4C flash microcontroller is based on the high performance 32-bit ARM Cortex RISC processor running at frequencies up to 48MHz. It operates on 1.68V to 3.6V. The processor implements a memory protection unit (MPU) and a fast and flexible interrupt controller for supporting modern and real time operating systems. It features 256KB of embedded flash memory, the device features an LCD controller, hardware cryptography, USB host and device, peripheral event system, Sleepwalking intelligent peripherals, and built-in security, including 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
