The Bridgetek 32 bit RISC Microcontrollers for Embedded Applications feature high integration and low power consumption. They come in a 100 Pin QFN package with a 0.4 mm pitch and a body size of 12 mm x 12 mm x 0.75 mm. These microcontrollers support Ethernet but do not support CAN Bus.
