The STMicroelectronics galvanically isolated single gate driver for IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs, offers advanced protection, configuration, and diagnostic features. Its architecture provides true galvanic isolation between the gate driving channel and the low-voltage control interface. The evaluation board enables testing of all STGAP4S features while driving a power switch with a voltage rating of up to 650 V.
