RS PRO Solid Brass Sheet, 600 mm x 300 mm x 0.7 mm

This solid brass sheet from RS PRO is easy to cast and well suited to a range of metalworking, soldering and welding tasks. You'll see it across various home and industrial settings used for interior design, component manufacture and art.
This sheet is made from CZ108/CW508L material-grade brass, an alpha alloy. This is a popular grade of brass for metalworking because it's hard and strong as well as corrosion-resistant, due to its zinc content. This makes it excellent for cold working and also suitable to use for hot working jobs like welding. This product has a thermal conductivity or K value of 116 W/mK (Watts per metre Kelvin), so it conducts heat well and is ideal for creating extreme bends.
A metal sheet such as this one is commonly used in scientific applications and heat exchanger manufacturing. It's also suitable for decorative pieces such as house signs and kitchen splashbacks.
