The MikroElektronika add-on board is designed for reliable non-volatile data storage in embedded and computing systems. It features the N34C04MU3ETG 4Kb serial EEPROM from onsemi, fully compliant with the JEDEC JC42.4 SPD specification for DDR4 DIMMs. The board supports multiple I2C communication modes with speeds up to 1MHz and includes a 16-byte page write buffer for efficient data handling. Built on low-power CMOS technology, it offers up to one million write cycles and 100 years of data retention. Its innovative Click Snap format allows the EEPROM section to be detached for standalone operation, and ClickID enables automatic board recognition by the host system.
