Schneider Electric | Acti9 Disbo iC60H | Mini Circuit Breakers

The Acti9 Disbo series of MCBs by Schneider Electric provides excellent circuit protection particularly in combating short circuits and overload currents. These MCBs are rigorously tested by Schneider and are compliant with standards such as IEC/EN 60898 & 60947-2. These types of MCBs are typically used in industrial or commercial buildings and can work extremely well in polluted environments.

Features and benefits:

  • Easy to install these consumer units, single clip on to Din Rail, compact in nature making wiring easier and simplifying your circuit system. Ergonomically designed with robust connections. IP20B terminal shutters.

  • Schneider 'VisiSafe' for safer operation and maintenance work on electrical circuits. Absolute safety of circuit protection guaranteed.

  • Schneider 'VisiTrip' for easier fault detection in the MCB outgoers. This can help reduce intervention time greatly, protecting the device before any further electrical problems occur.

  • 4P (number of protected poles).

  • Nominal currents ranging from 1 to 63 Amps.

  • Full compatibility with Acti 9 RCDs and MCCBs.

  • Operating voltage up to 440 V ac, insulation voltage 500 V.

  • Additional add-on earth leakage protection devices are available. This offers you better continuity of service.

  • Schneider Green Premium classed product.

Protection ratings & Safety features (See datasheet for further details) -
  • IP20 conforming to IEC 60529. Protection against solid objects up to 12mm e.g. fingers, small tools.

  • Pollution degree level of 3 conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2.

  • EN/IEC 60947-2 & EN/IEC 60898-1.

  • Operating temperature (for operation) -35 to 70 ° C.

  • Padlockable, providing extra protection.

Applications -

  • DC current circuit protection / Motor circuit protection.

  • Polluted environments/networks.

  • Any circuit types within industrial/commercial buildings.

Schneider Electric MCB, Thermal-Magnetic Tripping Mechanism, 72mm Width - iC60H Series - A9F54432

Stop harmful overcurrents in their tracks with this MCB from Schneider Electric. It's a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker that interrupts the flow of electricity at the first sign of short circuits or overloads, protecting your equipment. You can install it into your setup in a snap as it's compatible with DIN rail mounting and has simple screw terminal contacts. As MCB has a breaking capacity of 10kA, it stops potentially harmful currents from reaching your machines without suffering damage itself.

• Compact dimensions of 72 (W) x 85 (L) x 78.5mm (D) mean it's a handy option when space is tight
• Wide operating temperature range between -35°C and +70°C, so it's suitable for use in harsh environments
• IP20 rating indicates it's touch-proof and resistant to dust and objects over 12mm

Applications

• Manufacturing facilities
• Motor circuit protection
• Engineering workshops

How do I reset this MCB after a trip?

You can reset it quickly and easily with a quick flip of the front-facing toggle switch.

What's the trip curve of this MCB?

It has a type-C trip curve, meaning it trips at 5 to 10 times the full load current of 32A. This makes it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.
