For comprehensive safety, the unit includes a delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection, as well as an electromagnetic tripping feature to handle short circuits. Its contact position indicator allows for quick and convenient visual inspection of status.

Type K Single Pole 6kA - Classic


Type K characteristics have been specifically designed for the protection of motor control circuits and items used within them. It has a very sensitive thermal curve, combined with a magnetic setting of 8 times the normal input current (In), which is high enough to avoid in-rush nuisance tripping, but provides good protection against over current conditions.
