RS PRO Snap Action Limit Switch, Thermoplastic, NO/NC, Plunger, 240 V, IP67


If you need to track the presence or position of an object, use this limit switch from RS PRO. It has a plunger actuator that, when pressed, changes the two switch positions from NO (normally open) to NC (normally closed) and vice versa. This allows you to count objects or detect when they pass through or reach a certain area.

This product's double-insulated thermoplastic housing offers good impact and chemical resistance for use in harsh environments. Its IP67 rating means it's completely dust-tight and protected from immersion in up to 1 m of water.

The switch is pre-wired with a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) cable, so you can install it quickly and easily. It meets US and UK electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements, meaning it's safe to use around sensitive electronic equipment.
