RS PRO 2.5 m Green Lifting Sling Round, 2 t
Lifting slings like this one from the RS PRO range are used together with a crane or hoist for manoeuvring heavy goods in areas such as warehouses and building sites. Textile slings are less likely to damage their cargo than chain slings, as well as being much lighter.
These 2.5-metre-long round lifting slings offer excellent wear resistance and shock-absorbing capabilities. Made from a high-strength, flexible polyester, they retain their robustness in water and are resistant to oil, grease and most acids.
All the slings in this series are colour coded according to load capacity. These green lifting slings can safely bear two tonnes as a straight pull load. The safe working load with a choke hitch is 1600 kg.
This product has been stringently tested by engineers to ensure safety and reliability. It complies with EN 1492-1 certification requirements, which is the European safety standard for textile slings.
