The TOPLED series of LEDs, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, are compact and highly reliable LED devices. As Osrams first SMT LED with an integrated reflector, the TOPLED family of LEDs are ideal for applications such as: indoor/outdoor displays, display backlighting, signal and symbol illumination. The TOPLEDs are also a suitable replacement for micro incandescent bulbs or floor marker lighting.
