Rugged sealing provides environmental resistance for jobsite use and the large LCD assists one-handed operation.

Features & Benefits

• ±2mm accuracy supports precise site and component measurements
• 100m maximum range for long-distance surveying tasks
• IP54 protection resists dust and water spray on site
• AAA battery power enables straightforward field battery replacement
• Tilt sensor enables measurements around obstructions and for levelling
• Stores last 20 readings for quick recall during workflows

Applications

• Suitable for electrical panel layout and cable run planning
• Ideal for HVAC duct sizing and ceiling height measurement
• Used for machine installation clearances in mechanical workshops
• Can be used for automation system cabinet spacing checks

How long will the batteries typically last under normal use?

Using two AAA batteries, the unit can perform several thousand measurements depending on display backlight and laser use, with automatic shut-off extending battery life.

Can I mount it for very long distance measurements?

A tripod mode is provided to maintain stability and improve targeting when measuring towards the 100m limit.

How does the device cope with different light or reflective conditions?

The bright laser and measurement algorithms handle a wide range of target reflectivities

tolerances are specified for typical, maximum and unfavourable conditions to guide expected performance.

What standards govern its safety and electromagnetic behaviour?

The instrument conforms to IEC 61010-1 and related EN/EMC standards governing electrical safety and emission/immunity for professional tools.
