The Phoenix Contact is a string combiner box (SCB) designed for photovoltaic systems up to 1000 V DC. It allows for the connection of 4 strings and offers surge protection (type 1/2), fuse holders, and SUNCLIX DC connectors for both input and output sides. The SCB is suitable for use in small rooftop systems as well as large ground-mounted systems. It provides surge protection for the PV system, collects strings, and ensures local equipotential bonding.
