The Amphenol NEXUS Technologies flanged rear-mounted jack is designed for ruggedized commercial and military applications. It features 4 conductors with an overall width of 0.625, height of 1.188, and length of 1.125. The contact diameter is 0.285 with a contact length of 0.188. The solder contact terminals are pre-tinned over nickel plating for improved reliability. The contact resistance is less than or equal to 0.02 ohms, and the insulation resistance is at least 1000 mega ohms. The dielectric withstand voltage is at least 500 V RMS. The jack requires a maximum insertion force of 13 lb., with a withdrawal force ranging from 6 to 10 lb.
