VSMB2948SL Vishay, 960nm Infrared Emitting Diode, Subminiature SL SMD package

The VSMB2948SL, from Vishay Semiconductors, is a high speed Infrared (IR) emitting diode. This surface mount (SMT) IR LED is a side looking device which uses GaAlAs multi quantum well (MQW) technology. The VSMB2948SL has a clear, untinted plastic package with a domed lens.
