The Omron insulation resistance monitoring device is used for 3-phase & servo motors, pumps and heaters. It has power supply voltage from 100 to 240 VAC and transistor control output. This device automatically measures the insulation resistance of a load and supports trend monitoring. Periodic inspections by manpower may cause a unexpected machine stoppage due to a decrease in insulation resistance of equipment before the next inspection. It provides automatic monitoring of the insulation resistance of each load and allows planned maintenance. This device measures the insulation resistance by the same detection principle (megger method) as a megohmmeter.

Measures insulation resistance automatically when a trigger signal is input

Highly reproducible measurement with experienced maintenance know-how incorporated

Reduced risk of equipment failure due to measurement with fixed DC 50 V

Able to measure up to eight points simultaneously

High frequency of measurements to accurately identify equipment abnormalities

Reduced equipment failure risk

Remote data assessment via network connection

Easy measurement data collection and trend monitoring by using a dedicated tool

Push-in Plus terminal block type

To measure the insulation resistance it is necessary to combine one main unit with at least one probe unit. It constantly monitors the voltage applied to the device targeted for measurement, and automatically stops measurement if the target device power is turned ON after measurement has started. It belongs to RS-485/Modbus/RTU protocols.
